IISNC staff from Mongolia visited IRCI in October 2024
On 15 October 2024, IRCI received a courtesy visit from a staff member of the International Institute for the Study of Nomadic Civilizations (IISNC) under the auspices of UNESCO from Mongolia. Mr Anudei Erdenebat, Academic Deputy Secretary of Administration Division of IISNC, and IRCI staff members exchanged information on respective organizations including their roles and missions as UNESCO Category 2 Centres, as well as recent research activities.
His visit was timely as IRCI has been conducting collecting research information that involves Mongolia and Nomadic culture, and the discussion extended to possible collaboration in the future.
IRCI is very grateful for IISNC’s visit and its interest in cooperating with IRCI for the future research activities that are mutually beneficial.
