The National Institutes for Cultural Heritage exhibits a booth at ICOM Kyoto 2019
From September 1st to 7th, 2019, the 25th ICOM (International Council of Museums) General Conference was held in Japan for the first time. More than 4,500 curators and researchers of museums from 120 countries and regions all over the world gathered in Kyoto and participated ICOM Kyoto 2019.
During the event, the museum fair was also held on the place, and approximately 200 companies handling state of the art technology or organisations related to museums or cultural heritages exhibited their booths. As one of the institutions of the National Institutes for Cultural Heritage, IRCI also introduced its projects and activities at the booth and its staff participated in each session at the conference.
