SAC and IRCI Researchers
The delegation of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre (SAC) in Thailand headed by Dr. Somsuda LEYAVANIJA (Executive Director) paid a visit to IRCI on 12 April 2016. From IRCI, Misako OHNUKI (Deputy Director-General), Shigeaki KODAMA (Associate Fellow) and Iku SONODA (Associate Fellow) welcomed the delegation and exchanged information on their activities as well as discussed future cooperation between both parties. SAC was the first research institution in Asia to establish a cooperative relationship with IRCI for the implementation of an international research seminar in Thailand in 2012, and this visit was fruitful for further strengthening cooperative ties.
