'Umrbokiy Meros' Culture and Art Promotion Center of Uzbekistan was established in 2019. The center is a member of the National Association of Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations of Uzbekistan. Currently, regional departments of the center are established and operating as legal entities in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, Navoi, Kashkadarya, Samarkand regions. The main goal of the center's activity is the art and culture of Uzbekistan, traditions, national values and traditions, protection and preservation of Uzbekistan's intangible cultural heritage, promotion and analysis and development of applied and visual art, folklore, ethnography, art history, Uzbek national music and state art, study, capacity building, promotion and analysis. The center has established mutual cooperation with state and non-state organizations in national and foreign countries. The Center published the book-atlas "Traditional Crafts of the Silk Road" and "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan". |
