Humanity has long known the healing properties of tea. It is generally accepted that those who drink several cups of this noble drink daily live longer. Not only Uzbek green tea, but also black tea is popular in Uzbekistan. Although the two types have significant differences in the fermentation process, they are both valued for their positive effects on human health. However, do not forget about some contraindications. For example, it is not recommended to drink strong tea in large quantities for hypertensive patients, those suffering from kidney disease, liver disease, and patients with fever. Since the substances contained in the drink - theophylline and caffeine - can increase blood pressure and body temperature, as well as stomach acidity. Therefore, moderation is important in everything. Uzbek tea drinking has a unique ritual of brewing tea. The way tea is served in Uzbekistan still matters. Before serving, the drink must be stirred. The brewed tea is poured into a special bowl three times and poured back into the teapot. Thus, it acquires a richer taste. Tea is highly revered here. Another important feature is that tea in Uzbekistan is most often drunk without sugar. Guests are treated to all kinds of oriental sweets. Uzbek tea drinking can be called a tradition. It is rather an integral part of the life of every Uzbek citizen or even every person born or living in the East, regardless of his nationality, gender and age. This is the inexplicable widespread love for the tea ceremony in Uzbekistan in particular. Uzbek tea drinking, whether it is held in a teahouse or at home with the family, has the same motives. In the East they say: "If you are tired, drink tea, if you want to cheer up, drink tea, if you want to chat with friends on all sorts of topics, drink tea..." This list can be continued indefinitely. Indeed, in Uzbekistan, any event or action is accompanied by tea drinking. By the way, green tea is preferred in Uzbekistan, because it will warm people up in the cold season and quench the thirst in the hot season.
