The cultural values and spiritual heritage of the Uzbek people, like any other people in the world, have served as one of the spiritual sites of Orient for thousands of years. In addition, the region in which we live is a region of extremely diverse religious beliefs, religions, cultures and lifestyles. In a word, the territory of Uzbekistan is not only the East, but also one of the cradles of world civilization. This monograph is devoted to the analysis of ancient religious beliefs and rituals of the Uzbek people. The book contains comments on the historical development and evolution of religious beliefs before the introduction of Islam in Central Asia and their traces in traditional society.
